Guarentees & Warranty

Our warranty to the original purchaser of our products is for a period of 30 days and may be repaired or replaced at our discretion up to a maximum of 3 times.
  • During the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace (with a new or reconditioned part) components that are defective.
  • This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from misuse, improper or inadequate maintenance, improper charging or use of alternative charging adaptors, or unauthorised modifications.
  • This Warranty gives the original purchaser specific limited rights, in addition to those rights under applicable local law.
  • We make no other express or implied warranty or condition whatsoever, whether written or oral, and expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this Limited Warranty.
  • To the extent allowed by the local law of jurisdiction outside of the EU we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • For all transactions, any implied warranty of condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above, and never more than the warranty conditions.
  • Some states or countries/regions do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incident or consequential damages for consumer products. In such states, or countries/regions, some exclusions or limitations of this Limited Warranty may not apply to the purchaser.
  • We will always endeavour to have your products repaired and returned back to you as soon as possible. In order to do this, we request your full cooperation with respect to the warranty claim instructions below: Contact us to determine if you need to return the product.
  • Do not return a product to the manufacturer without first contacting Nicotive first.
  • Thoroughly review the instructions we provide for you.
  • If the problem persists, contact customer services for guidance.
  • Send the defective product via recorded Royal Mail post (at senders cost). Please also enclose the following:
    • Original sales receipt
    • Your name
    • Return address
    • Telephone numbers
    • Email address
    • Reason for returning the item.
  • Could customers please ensure that all returns are substantially packaged as we cannot return items lost in the post or damaged due to insufficient packaging.
